Tri-County - Assisted Living

The goal of our rehabilitation unit is to provide quality therapy services to our clients so that they may improve strength where there is weakness, increase range of motion where there is limitation, and teach skills to develop function where there is an impairment. Tri-County offers full outpatient therapy services which include occupational, physical and speech therapies.
In selected cases, our goal is to return the residents to their own homes and/or independent living. For those individuals who need supervision and care, we strive to increase their functional ability to the highest level possible for improved quality of life. Tri-County offers a skilled, subacute rehabilitation unit which is both Medicare and Medicaid certified. Our therapy professionals offer many years in combined experience in treating acute, progressive and chronic disease and debilitating processes.
