Tri-County offers a memory impairment unit which offers both private and semi-private rooms. Here, residents are able to live and move about freely in a safe and calm environment under the care of specially trained staff. Our memory impairment unit provides a comprehensive program for individuals suffering from Dementia associated with Alzheimer’s type disorders and/or brain impairments effecting memory and judgment. We select staff for their warmth, knowledge and understanding of residents with dementia. Our goal is to maximize and maintain each resident’s functional independence.

This unit invites residents and families to enjoy the seasons and expand their boundaries out on the beautifully landscaped and secured patio. Our private dining rooms and special activity programs are designed to maximize the resident’s functional independence and cognitive abilities.
