Tri-County - Assisted Living

Does Tri-County provide meals for those with special dietary needs?
A variety of special diets including no added salt and/or sugar or pureed foods are available at Tri-County. Dietary counseling is available from our Registered Dietician.

What if I need Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy?
Inpatient and outpatient therapy services are available onsite through our Rehabilitation Department. Tri-County also has a Restorative Nursing Program for those residents who may benefit fro these services.

Is Medicaid Assistance available?
Tri-County does participate in the Ohio Medicaid program. Those residents who are in need of financial assistance should contact our Social Services Department.

Will Medicare cover my stay?
Tri-County is a qualified Medicare Provider. All residents are screened for coverage upon admission and throughout their stay with us. Please contact our Admissions or Social Services Departments for more information regarding Medicare's guidelines for coverage.

What if I need Assisted or Independent Living?
Fairfield Pavilion located adjacent to our facility, provides both Assisted and Independent Living services. Please call our Admissions Office at 513-699-4600 for more information.
